Guest Suites. Penterra offers one guest suite for guests of residents. In addition, hotels such as the Hyatt Regency, DTC Marriott, Hilton Garden Inn, Hampton Inn and Suites, and Hyatt Place are all very convenient to Penterra Plaza.

Private parking is underground with deeded parking spaces included with each unit. Controlled access to the parking garage is via electronic entry sticker attached to the car. The three surface lots are for guests and visitors.

 

Storage for each unit includes an enclosed and lockable storage space in the garage.

Parks are a great “backyard” for high rise dwellers and their pets. Two major parks are a very short walk, bike ride or drive from Penterra. Just one block to the east is George M. Wallace Park with a playground for children, and large open area for sports. Less than a mile to the east is Cherry Creek State Park adjoining Cherry Creek Lake that has a marina, swimming beach, and miles of shoreline for fishing. The park is on the Cherry Creek Bike/Hike trail with access going west to Confluence Park at the South Platte River or east to Parker.
